1) stock services
I've decided to try slideshare.net and uploded my PowerPoint presentation here. Among advantages I can name free use of this service and quite pretty design. But one thing disappointed me, this service can't provide animation, so the presentation looks like a a bunch of pictures
2) creation services
The well known presentation service prezi.com is really a good alternative to PowerPoint. From my point of view the main advantage is that Prezi injects fun and creativity to your presentation by using an approach where you can build your presentation on a wide digital canvas, with each point drawn spatially and presented by zooming in and out, panning across left to right and vice versa.
I've just opened a new word of Google presentations. It is an easy to use and the process almost the same as in PowerPoint, so you don't need any special skills to make your presentation. Suprising advanrages for me were that multiple people can work on slides at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them, and a very important one is that every change is automatically saved, so if your device unexpectedly collapse, you won't be in trouble:)
